Ninebark

Coppertina Common Ninebark (Cross between Diablo and Dart’s Gold)

  • 6-10’ tall x 8-10’ wide
  • Early-June bloom of compact, flat-headed, white flowers on top of year round copper foliage
  • Extremely hardy and tough; full sun

Diablo Common Ninebark (opulifolius)

  • 5-8’ tall x 6-9’ wide
  • May and June show of white to pink flowers over deep, reddish-purple deciduous foliage that holds its color all season long
  • Superb exfoliating bark adds winter interest; super hardy for any eastern landscape

Summer Wine Common Ninebark (opulifolius)

  • 4-6’ tall x 4-6’ wide
  • Late-May and early-June pure white blooms on top of deep, reddish-purple foliage
  • Dense, round and about 2/3 the size of Diablo
  • Very hardy, easy to care for, full sun, tolerates poor soils and extreme cold
