• Low, dense, mat forming perennial has one of the earliest bloom times in the garden
• Dark green, five-fingered foliage lies nearly flat on the ground, forming a thick emerald carpet of foliage that is decorated with profuse, 1” diameter white, single flowers in April and May
• Does best in full sun and tough, sandy soil
