Return Policy
All returns must be made within five days of purchase. Any merchandise returned must be in original and saleable condition, accompanied by the original receipt. All refunds will be made in the form of store credit only, no exceptions.
Locally made decorative items (including outdoor furniture, pottery & handpainted decor) are not returnable. If you have a problem with a handmade item you've purchased, we're happy to get you in touch with the artisan and you can reach a refund or exchange agreement directly.
Our trees & shrubs are covered under a limited guarantee.
Annuals and perennials that have died (even within the five day return window) are not returnable, as they are not in original and saleable condition. Please understand that while we make every effort to provide you with quality and durable plant products, we cannot be held responsible for improper care once you have taken the plants home, nor can we take responsibility for acts of nature that may damage or kill your purchases. We live in fairly harsh conditions here in Connecticut, and especially in the heat of the summer, your annuals and perennials require quite a bit of attention - at least once daily watering is a must, and proper sun and soil conditions make a huge difference in how well your plants will fare. If you have any questions regarding proper care, please give us a call or email and we'll be happy to help in any way possible.
